The other day, a good friend of mine asks me, "Do you twitter?" Do I what?
Twitter? The latest Silicon Valley invented verb. I took a quick look at twitter.com, got a glimpse of
the Hello Kitty style bubble letters and shut it down. I'm not
getting sucked in to another 'networking' site. Thanks to the online networking
enthusiasm of my friends (you know who you are), I have already received
invitations to sign up with more websites than I can remember at this point.
And what's worse than cutesy bubble fonts and countless
forgotten username/password combinations? It's the Abercrombie & Fitch Slap upside the head reminding me I'm
too old for this crap. If you don't know what an Abercrombie and Fitch
Slap is, you are not alone, so don't worry. The Fitch Slap is my baby

My first post. I've been designing this page for about a month...don't laugh. Just my way of avoiding the actual writing part. Here we go. Ask anyone who has talked to me for more than two minutes and they will tell you I have a natural talent for over analyzing. I'll find a way to read between the lines, even if I'm only given one line. I could go on about this behavior, but then I would just be proving my point.
So I am a thinker...or an over thinker...or something like that. And lately, I am a runner too. Now, when I say runner, you may be envisioning a good looking athlete with those tiny shorts and a shelf full of trophies at home. You would be wrong, except for the good looking part. When I say runner, I mean a good looking amateur who picked up a pair running shoes last March for the first time in ten years and opts for the shorts with the longer inseams at the Nike store. That's me.
